Nanak says: Truth shall be forever and ever
These are the first words of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, spoken by Guru Nanak. The highest of all mantras, it contains the root of the sound that underlies all effective mantras. Sahej Sukh Dhyan is a calm, happy and perfectly balanced way of meditating. The purpose of life is to remain, in every moment, in perfect flow and connection with the perception of the soul. Imbalance comes when we forget the reality of God and the Guru in our soul. Like a compass, this mantra guides us toward God. It forms the foundation of the consciousness of the soul itself.
