Your spiritual heart – a sacred instrument, a doorway to your Divine nature.
spiritual heart …
Is the sacred birthright of Light…
And you are now consciously entering the space of your
boundless, highest potential.
Meditation: “I Am the Sacred Birthright of Light”
Feel your spiritual heart in the center of your chest and breathe evenly into this area (inhale, exhale), listen to your breathing, become one with its rhythm…
Feeling your heart beating, listen to it and be one with your pulse.
Listen to the calm and peace that dwell within you…
