“Life Is the Movement of Energy”

The 12 Main Laws of Energy

These are the basic energy laws: following them will raise your energy, while breaking them will lead to its decline!

And it does not matter whether you know about them or not. These are laws of nature, which means they act on you in any case — just as gravity acts on an apple and it falls down. What should you do, and how, so that these laws work for you and not against you?

So, here are the main energy laws, observing which will increase your energy:

  1. Knowledge has the power to influence

This means that any given piece of information can either lift your mood, that is, increase your energy, or spoil it, that is, drain your strength. Filter the information that comes to you. Narrow down or remove altogether the channels through which negative information reaches you. Expand the positive channels.

  1. Life is the movement of energy

Therefore, to keep your energy at the proper level, you must not allow any stagnation in your body, whether physical or mental. Move more, learn new things, keep developing, set goals and achieve them.

  1. Energy comes to a person from outside

Energy comes to a person from the surrounding space through various channels — food, air, water, the sense organs or organs of perception. If for some reason a channel is not working well, energy flows through it poorly or does not flow at all. This means that the person’s energy drops, leading to a bad mood and weak results.

  1. To receive energy, a person must be in a state of balance

For energy to flow in freely, a person must be in a state of balance and equilibrium of body, mind, behavior and external environment.

  1. Energy increases through the interconnection between external events and your state

To raise your energy level, you need to track the connection between external events and your state. All people are different, which means that one person may feel comfortable under the influence of a particular event, while for another it will cause discomfort — and therefore an outflow of energy.

This is easy to understand using heat as an example. There are people who can easily sit in a steam bath for half an hour, even adding more steam, and there are those who start feeling unwell after just 5 minutes.

Watch the reactions of your own body and, as far as possible, remove the events that negatively affect your well-being and comfort.

  1. Energy depends on your thoughts and the focus of your attention

Whatever you focus your thoughts and attention on has a very strong effect on your energy. If you spend most of your time worrying about something, being anxious or afraid of something, your energy level will be extremely low. Moreover, the more attention you give to it, the more energy you lose. The whole paradox is that negative thoughts drain you, while positive ones, on the contrary, charge you up. For example, to raise your level of vitality, you need to focus on its source — that is, external energy — and not on the problem that arises from its lack, that is, fatigue. It is not fatigue that needs to be removed; rather, you need to raise your energy. Then the fatigue will pass too.

Pay attention to what you want to receive and how to achieve it. Leave empty worries to others.

  1. Energy depends on the quality of food

The better your digestion, the less energy you spend on this process, the fewer wastes and toxins are formed, and the more nutrients you receive. Some foods are digested easily, while others require a great deal of energy, which means that eating them leads to fatigue and lower activity.

Watch the quality of your food and digestion. Notice how you feel after eating. If you feel sleepy or low on energy, it means something in your diet needs to change.

  1. Stress suppresses energy

Stress and other negative reactions have a suppressive effect on your energy and on the digestive process. To relieve them, you need a state of relaxation and rest, which can be achieved by using the things that lift your mood.

  1. Natural rhythms and the environment affect energy

There are special natural rhythms. Activity in harmony with them increases energy and efficiency, while going against them lowers overall efficiency and increases fatigue. The environment — people, nature, cities — also affects the state of the body’s energy.

  1. The five senses are our energy channels

The five senses — sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch, which were first listed by Aristotle — are energy channels through which energy can both come in and flow out.

  1. By developing yourself, you increase your energy

Your life is your personal development, not service to external objects. By serving someone or something, you give away your energy. When you develop yourself, you increase your energy.

  1. Rest restores energy

For your energy to function effectively, you need periods of rest, both physical and psychological. This means that 1 day a week should be devoted to rest and relaxation. And once a quarter, give yourself a 3-day mini-vacation.

Health and vitality to you, dear ones!
