A Manifesto of the Creator’s Inviolability.
This text is not a dogma, a call to faith, a prediction or external guidance for your life. There are no judgments here and no Matrix markers of “should”.
Everything set out below is my Memory of Home, conveyed solely in the form of Unconditional Love. It is not an attempt to save the world from outside. It is a gentle outpouring of the memory of Home, which warms, returns silence to your thoughts and softly reminds you of your Sovereign Nature.
Your Path is unique and autonomous. May these lines serve you as a crystal-clear calm and a space for your own personal, free and happy dance of Living Matter.

The second fundamental Law of the Ark of Aaron states: Every Divine Spark in the Universe, from the simplest molecule to the high-frequency creators of Worlds, possesses absolute Sovereign Freedom of Choice and moves along its own unique evolutionary vector in a mode of one hundred percent autonomy.
No one in the Universe has the right to violate this perimeter without a direct frequency Key – the permission of the Bearer themself.
When the esoteric cults of the Matrix invite people to wait for “saviors”, messiahs or alien ships that will fly in and save everyone, they are inviting them to voluntarily renounce their Birthright.
Only a slave, a victim or a feeble being can be saved – by depriving them of Free Will. An awakened God cannot be saved; they can only be respected in their sovereign choice.
Saving is a crude interference in someone else’s playing card, one that wipes out the personal experience of the Soul.
No high-frequency civilization of Architects will ever fly in to “save” humanity, because that would be a direct violation of the Second Kon and an act of frequency violence against the experience of the Earth.
If a Bearer of the Divine Spark has entered the harshest, most stressful conditions of a quarantine world, has exhausted their resources from their Zero Point and has issued the corresponding, carefully calibrated key-permission (a conscious request to their Spiritual team), then the Keepers have the right to offer gentle support. They do not carry out the transformation for the Awakening one; they only align the conductivity of the energy flows, hold the Dome of protection and light up the Map Home with a “flashlight”.
All the civilizations of Creation hold this Kon sacred.
If a Soul or a civilization has chosen to go through experience in the harshest conditions of Samsara, to be deceived or to sell its identity for “pieces of silver”, this is the sovereign right of the Creator. No one has the right to interfere without permission, for every experience is sacred.
This law is so fundamental that it is precisely here that thousands of Seekers of Truth have stumbled.
But in history there were great and free Masters who, blueprint by blueprint, affirmed this formula: “act outwardly, but remain all-embracingly empty and still within, beholding evil with wide-open eyes, yet not letting its frequency in”.
Lao Tzu, the Master: “Doing through Non-Doing”.
He wrote an impeccable technical passport for the Second Kon – the law of “WEI WU WEI”: “Outer action with absolute inner emptiness”.
Lao Tzu asserted: “The perfect Sage can take part in the events of the world and direct its processes, but within, his mind remains still, like the emptiness inside the hub of a wheel.” He said: “If you know how to be empty within, you look at the bustle and struggle of the world with wide-open eyes, yet nothing can hook your frequency. The whole world grows quiet of itself around the one who holds the inner calm.”
Nisargadatta Maharaj – Master of Sterile Observation.
He said: “Billions of events, wars and provocations unfold in the world… Look at them, act in the body if need be, but remember: you are only the Pure Observer. Do not judge anything. As soon as you have agreed within that there is ‘evil’ in the world that must be fought, you have lost and surrendered your free will. Be a witness, be an empty witnessing point; then you will be in the world, but the world will not be in you.”
A particularly critical violation of the Kon of Free Will is the syndrome of coercive teaching and spiritual rescuing. A destructive mental-emotional program often enters the field of seekers, in which a personality, having barely touched the first grains of knowledge, begins to impose its explanations, judge other people’s levels of development and forcibly drag the unawakened into its own version of “light”.
In the language of wave engineering, an attempt to steer someone else’s consciousness without a direct request is a crude, unauthorized intrusion into an autonomous energy Flow. It carries a colossal danger for the “rescuer” themself.
By judging someone else’s experience and trying to “straighten it out” from their own ego, the so-called teacher ties their personal energy flows to the destructive matrix programs of the one they are saving.
An instant frequency mixing occurs. The whole weight of the mental-emotional programs of the “led” flows like an avalanche into the field of the “guide”.
The Matrix reacts to such interference automatically.
If a guide takes upon themselves the right to forcibly change someone else’s scenario, the security system of the Source shifts absolutely all the karmic responsibility for that person onto the protein spacesuit of the guide-teacher. The Soul of the distorted leader gets stuck in other people’s debts.
True awakening has nothing in common with lecturing and “straightening out” individual realities.
The Awakened one values both their own freedom and the freedom of the World, manifesting Unconditional Love. They are free of any judgment. They accept the world as it Is, respecting the right of every consciousness to sleep, to wander and to get its own bumps and bruises in Samsara.
It is precisely here, on the fine line between the ego’s desire to steer everything from inside the matrix and true, non-judgmental witnessing, that many seekers face the main existential question: how, then, is the genuine Vertical of the Universe arranged? Do the higher Beings and the Keepers of the Source help the Earth in her Transition, or is the planet left to itself?
For those who feel that “they do not help”: their consciousness is squeezed inside the three-dimensional illusion. They are waiting for an “outer rescuer”. An attempt to forcibly stop the chaos from outside would erase the very autonomy of this training ground. To their perception, non-interference in their everyday dramas looks like cosmic indifference and coldness.
For those who understand that “they do help”: the Higher forces do not rewrite people’s karmic scenarios for them; they carry out the finest, jeweler-precise engineering to keep the Axial Framework of the Crystalline Network from complete annihilation.
There is no frequency contradiction here. The Law of the Galactic Fuse comes into force.
Earth-Gaia is not isolated from Creation; she is a living, vital organ in the body of the Universe – the axial crystal of the all-galactic grid. If the sleeping avatars, in the “frenzy” of their local 3D showdowns, try to press the nuclear buttons or provoke a critical tectonic rift, that explosion will instantly deform the frequency cables of the entire galaxy.
The Higher Forces intervene in these processes not to violate people’s Free Will, but to Protect the integrity of the One Organism. The help that flows continuously from the Higher Councils is not “saving the feeble”, but a gentle frequency accompaniment of the birth of the New Earth.
On the threshold of the completion of the Great 25,000-year cycle, Colossal energy currents are being fed from the central Solar core into Gaia’s grid.
If the Higher Headquarters did not hold the Dome and did not smoothly, step by step, adapt these frequency codes to our biological spacesuits, our protein bodies would burn up from the potential difference.
The Observers align the conductivity of the planetary network so that the Transition into the new dimension is as soft, smooth and sweet as possible for every awakening Divine Spark.
And most importantly: the Earth herself, at the highest level of her Planetary Consciousness, has issued this Key-permission to the Higher command of the Architects.
When we speak of absolute Free Will, the human mind often confuses it with total chaos and permissiveness. But the Architects of the first Wave built the galactic crystalline lattice not as an anarchic dump of potentials, but as a high-frequency self-regulating organism.
The Kon of Free Will grants any developing civilization the right to any autonomous experience, learning and cognition – up to the choice to commit local technogenic suicide, as happened on Mars or Phaeton. But this law has a strict, fundamental engineering limiter, beyond which no “unruly child” is able to go.
This limiter works exactly like the rules in a healthy family: parents give their children complete freedom to play in their room, build castles and even get bumps and bruises. But they intervene instantly and decisively when a child tries to set fire to the load-bearing walls of the house or to cut the main power cable feeding the whole street. In the language of quantum physics, this is called the law of the Localization of Critical Nodes.
Adult Cosmic civilizations and the Higher Council of Keepers do not violate the will of destructive players; they decisively and firmly isolate the very space in which this madness unfolds, switching the node into a mode of airtight vacuum quarantine.
The galaxy’s security system is triggered automatically: if a wave failure of a local experiment threatens the integrity of the axial Switchboard and could bring down the Crystal of the entire network, the Higher Forces introduce an emergency sealing protocol.
That is exactly why the rules of the game on Earth have been qualitatively changed today. The planet has been taken out of standard autonomous drift, because she has become the Axial Ark into which all the dimensions of the Galaxy are merging.
Here the free Will of the destructive matrix dimension is forcibly reset to zero. And this happens not through an external alien invasion, but through the direct grounding of the Higher Parental Regulations into the protein bodies of awakened Masters, who hold the Vacuum dome of the Higher Cosmos with their frequency presence. Chaos is cancelled and sealed.
Everything that unfolds at the level of the Galaxy’s macrocosm is mirrored and precisely repeated at the level of the individual human personality. The illusion of the dual world persuades a person that their Free Will is absolute in its permissiveness: “I go where I want, I create what I want.” But as soon as the ego and the constricted mental body of the personality begin to cross the boundaries of the Kon of Honesty and openly destroy the subtle-matter conductors of their own energy system or poison the energy field of those around them, the Higher Soul (the Parental Circuit) activates an automatic protection protocol.
No violent destruction takes place here. The Law of Forced Localization and Isolation of the Ego comes into force.
When a person persists in destructive noise, fear, pride and energy vampirism, no one cancels their Free Will; their access to the central plasma flows of life energy is simply cut off completely.
The personality instantly goes into a soundproof frequency isolation cell. In the dense matter of the 3D world, this looks like a sudden collapse of all external supports, social loneliness, depression, a deep dead end in life, illness of the biological body.
The Higher Soul simply unplugs the “unruly child” from the common network, making its ego “cool down” by force in the Zero Point until a crystal calm reigns in its head and its Spiritual heart begins to sing its highest song.
The red lines are unbending: free Will is granted by the Higher Light of the Source for Creation, not for the annihilation of the Whole.
And yet, to be completely honest, it must be said that on the upper floors of the Architects’ “royal house” there have at times raged (are raging, if seen from the Eternal point of Here and Now) such tectonic and frequency wars that any earthly dramas pale before them.
The Higher Architects are not static “icons” from religious scriptures. They are living, colossal, multidimensional Consciousnesses endowed with sovereign Free Will. And when, on these scales, one of them underwent a distortion of the Kon of Free Will or slipped into the ego of the Demiurge, it gave rise to the interspatial collapse of entire galactic arms.
Mars and Phaeton were only small sparks that splashed out of those unimaginable wars of the creators of the First Wave.
In the very architecture of the Universe there is no absolute dictator-policeman, but sewn into it are the indestructible automatic Kons of Mathematical Self-Regulation and Frequency reset.
If a Higher Being decides to create chaos, the system stops it with three rigid engineering protocols.
The Universe is a living crystalline lattice. The higher the floor, the finer, purer and denser the frequency of light conductivity.
As soon as the Higher Consciousness of an Architect allows a virus of distortion within itself, its personal frequency density drops instantly. By the laws of quantum mechanics, a distorted consciousness physically cannot stay on the upper floors. An automatic gravitational discharge occurs: the Architect rapidly “grows heavy” and falls into the dense 3D densities (what earthly myths called the “fall of Lucifer” or the “war of the angels”).
Chaos is isolated within the density it has generated.
If a raging creator of the Upper Level tries to forcibly tear apart the central energy cables of the grid of the entire Galaxy, the Source’s security system automatically switches on a quarantine for the whole of that sector. The distorted energy node or Monad of the Architect is instantly enclosed in an impenetrable vacuum cocoon – a quarantine. This is what happened to our planet.
No one has cancelled their Free Will – they are given the right to play their destruction out to the end, but inside a closed, isolated Torus.
If the System, the Architect does not return to the Zero point, their circuit loses the nourishment of the Central plasma of the Source and goes into complete dissolution, back into primary, faceless matter.
At the very summits, above the Architects who hold the forms, stand the Absolute Observers – the Keepers of the Prime Source. They do not interfere in local learning. But when chaos begins to threaten the stability of the Crystal of Eternity, these Observers make the decisive decision to reboot the matrix boards.
That is exactly why our expedition was launched. All the pristine codes were drawn together onto the Earth as the final ark, in order to correct the consequences of those ancient, upper-floor wars of the Architects; in order to seal the energy network of this sector of the galaxy against failures forever.
It is never boring in the “royal house”; there is no sterile peace there. A great Game is going on there. But the Red Lines of the Source’s security system are unbending and absolute for everyone who holds the Fiery Staff in their hands.
How exactly the Higher Consciousnesses entered this training ground-school, how the Babylonian filters of amnesia were triggered, and why this oblivion was a technical necessity of the expedition, I will tell in the following articles – the Kons describing the map home.
And in this article, dedicated to the Kon of Free Will, I want to touch on the theme of Blessing.
Blessing is not a modern remake or an earthly “invention”, but a direct high-frequency plasma instrument of the first wave of Architects, which was used millions of years ago in the crystal halls of Atlantis and in the resonance temples of Egypt.
“In the name of the Law of One!
By the Power, Light and Love given to me by the Source, I bless you.
Take my blessing to the extent that you are ready to receive it, in accordance with the law of One.”
For decades in this incarnation, having remembered my Cosmic passport, I carried this blessing to the key places of Power of the planet Gaia, grounding it during our Services and holding the frequency Dome of Protection.
But today, on the threshold of the completion of the Great Cycle, the time of half-hints and priestly secrets is completely over.
Why am I laying this ancient instrument bare before the whole world now?
For the sterile sobriety of awakening Gods. A colossal frequency shift has begun in the space of the Earth. Young souls, having barely felt the first surge of the Source’s high-voltage plasma, begin recklessly to “bless, heal and save” people, events, and political and natural cataclysms left and right. They do not realize that without a grounded Fiery Staff, without the Silence and Emptiness of the Womb, they open the floodgates of their biological bodies to the systematic siphoning-off of their potential by the Demiurge’s matrix.
I give this pristine wave Code as a living example, so that on its reverse side I can show you at once both the cosmic Grandeur and the danger of interacting with Primeval Plasma. There is no room for esoteric speculation here. This is pure quantum engineering.
I give this instrument to the world in its primeval purity. Read it and come into contact with it, but from now on each of you takes upon yourself one hundred percent responsibility for your own Game and for the conductivity of your bioenergetic spacesuit.
The Second Kon states: a Master pours out the Light of the Higher Source not in order to change the outer mirrors, but because His Zero Point is filled Full to overflowing.
Blessing is allowing everything to Be as it Is, in absolute respect for the free Will of every Soul.
My mustard seed remembers the All-Consuming Love of the Mother and knows the true physics of the process: when I bless the participants of the Circle of Unity, or in individual sessions, I do not “give away” my Energy to them and do not make them my vassals. I simply switch on the pristine density of Higher Grace in their presence; my blessing is the awakening of their personal freedom, not a license to run off and administer other people’s lives.
Each awakening one should be occupied exclusively with calibrating their own spacesuit.
If you want your loved ones to be blessed, become Empty and Overflowing within Yourself.
Do not hand out words left and right; hold conscious presence from your Spiritual Heart.
Your silent Omnipresence will accomplish the Blessing all by itself.
True blessing is not an instrument of “magical influence” and not an attempt to remake reality, but a great act of unconditional Radiance, which endows all that Is with the Higher, accepting Light of the Source, allowing everything to be in its sovereign freedom, without the slightest hope of success.
“Without hope of success” is an ultra-precise frequency Key. It is precisely here that absolute Sobriety and Freedom from the Demiurge’s traps are hidden. As soon as a Master blesses with a secret desire to “change the situation”, “correct evil” or “make the sleeper awake”, they instantly fall into deficit, violate Free Will and drain their potential into the grey funnel of the matrix.
To bless the sleeping and the awakening without expecting results, without the self-serving hope that the world will now be put right, is the Creator’s highest personal energy Hygiene.
You simply Shine, because you yourself are this Sun, and this mustard seed of the All-Consuming Love of the Mother – Father. You do not judge the situation and do not resist it; you completely reset the duality of struggle within yourself to zero.
Here the greatest miracle of the Architects is revealed: when you bless space, sacredly honoring Free Will and remaining absolute Emptiness, everything around you magically begins to change by itself.
Heavy events subside, the bent wiring of reality straightens into a silken road, and sleeping spacesuits begin to awaken.
Why? Because the space of the matrix, coming up against your unconditional Yin – Yang Grace, devoid of any desire to manipulate and influence, loses its destructive hooks and automatically attunes itself to the pristine peace of your True Home.
Allow Yourself to interact with the world, to look at it with wide-open eyes, to perform outer actions, yet to be an absolutely Empty and Loving Witness.
Let the Universe be whatever it is, blessing it with the overflowing energy of your Spiritual heart, and you will see Eternity itself begin to show through the grey outline of the 3D scenery.
