Africa

Africa.

There are places on earth that the soul remembers and returns to before the body does. The call of ancient Midgard, from before cities, before words, before the division into “I” and “the world” — a place where the fine line between human and nature grows so thin that we stop feeling it. And where perhaps it never existed…

This is my beloved Africa.

Africa that lives in the heart.

Every time I think of this continent, I feel warm and joyful inside, as if the African sun and the sounds of the Indian Ocean keep shining and resounding through my memories.

The sun is different here — alive, generous, tender, and the ocean loves and shares its strength, blessing us.

The people of this land carry within them the energy of primordial antiquity; in their eyes there is wisdom, childlike innocence and purity that no photographs, videos, books or tourists’ descriptions can convey… They are like this not because they were brought up this way, but because they live close to the Source of the Mother of the planet, in that pristine love of the Earth which is the true nature of each of us.

Next to them — the indigenous inhabitants, wonderful peoples with their languages, culture, dances and music — we remember our True Selves.

In their dances there are codes that activate in the physical body what has long been asleep in the human body… the connection with the Soul of the planet.

Their music sounds not in the ears but in the souls, like a vibration rising from the very depths of the Earth and passing through the body as high-frequency energy.

Here everyone lives in their own rhythm: people, animals, plants, the ocean, and from the very first days, without noticing it, we begin to slow down, to feel differently, to fill with the blessing of Mother Earth and to live in this rhythm of inexplicable inner peace.

Mama Africa, Kenya, Malindi, Watamu…

I love you and endlessly thank you for the honor you bestow on me and on our Circle of Unity. In your embrace we receive so much Light and Love on the deepest transcendental level.

For the sixth year in a row now, we have been meeting in Kenya on the Indian Ocean coast for the spring equinox.

Our gatherings on the shore of the Indian Ocean in beautiful, dear Kenya are gatherings of Masters, of a spiritual family, who, listening to the call of their hearts, fly in from all corners of our planet to Serve: to carry Light and Love through their energy fields, with the sincere intention of being of use to our world, to the planet and to Africa in accordance with the Laws of the One.

For six years we have been flying and coming to this space of Love and Light, and for six years I have witnessed the same sacrament: we arrive — and something in us unfolds, and at last we truly exhale.

We step onto African soil — and it recognizes us, greets us with love and joy and speaks to us: often at passport control the officers greet us in English with “welcome home”; with delicious mango juice already at Nairobi airport; with friendly fellow passengers flying with us on the same local airline flight from Nairobi to Malindi; with our good friends — taxi drivers, security guards, gardeners, sailors — who meet us with smiles and greet us in “broken” Russian: “Privet, Mama” (“Hello, Mama”). There is so much warmth in their eyes, so much sincere joy at seeing us, that we forget we are separated by distances, continents and borders.

Here you don’t need to do anything special: Africa herself begins to speak to us through the scent of magnolia, a mango in the palm of your hand, through the gaze of animals and birds that look at us without fear, through the whisper of the mangrove trees, through sunrise and sunset, which are always completely different. Dissolved in the very air here is something invisible, inexplicable by the logic and common sense of an urbanized person with a high level of intellect, yet tangible, felt with the heart, with the whole soul: a field of Love, of Grace, of Higher prana…

Kenya is located in East Africa. It is often called the “gateway to Africa.” It is one of the most actively developing countries in Africa. The official languages are Swahili and English. But people here also speak Bantu languages and another 40 dialects.

We fly into the capital, Nairobi, and from there take a local airline to the coast, to Malindi — Watamu, a small resort that shares its name with the national park.

Watamu is a strip of coastline with fine, clean sand and the crystal-clear, warm water of the Indian Ocean. There is a huge variety of coral reefs and a rich underwater world here, and many animals and birds living in the mangrove forests that grow all along the ocean coast.

The Indian Ocean is not just water; it is a living, ancient Being with a high level of consciousness, with whom each of us has our own unique Love and telepathic communication. It feels like the touch of Eternity itself, of Wholeness, embracing and blessing through the water, through the light and the salt on the skin. It breathes, pulses and speaks with us. The Ocean loves not metaphorically but in the literal sense of the word, abiding with us in One Circle of Unity and conducting higher energies to planet Earth. Our meditations on the ocean shore or on islands in the open ocean feel like healing, like a blessing by the World Ocean of the planet itself, which layer by layer washes away, dissolves and heals all heavy energies, and it does so gently, lovingly, with respect for us and our Path.

And when we return home, each of us carries away the energies of Mama Africa in our own way; we fly away filled up, and not because we have bought souvenirs and gifts for ourselves, our families and friends, but because every time we give a particle of our energy and love to this continent, we remember our True Selves, strengthening the vibration of our Soul, awakening the Light within and the ability to love without a reason. The intention: through thoughts, feelings, words and deeds to create only good, to bless with the Light and Power of the Source everyone we come into contact with in our individual current realities, filling the space around us only with the Love of Eternity.

Africa is not letting go of me yet; she has settled in my heart as a reminder of who “I Am.”

And I know: I will return…

Mama Africa is waiting…
